Hello Bigger Pockets Members! 

I have been learning from and following the Bigger Pockets podcasts/forums since 2019. With a decade of real estate and property management under my belt, I am excited to finally to go all in on my own FIRE journey.

Through my work with The Garcia Group Property Management and Real Estate Services in Portland, OR  I have had the exceptional opportunity to support a great many clients starting or continuing their home ownership and real estate investing journeys. 

With the current and unprecedented times we're facing in the housing market, I'm more excited than ever to lean into the Bigger Pockets platform and absorb as much info/intel/stories/general

camaraderie as possible.

Hi Chris, we are preparing to sell our house in Portland and want to reinvest in another state where tenant landlord laws are a bit easier to manage. Perhaps a duplex, or triplex if we find the right deal. I lived down in Eugene for a decade - Go Ducks!
