I am very new to all of this. I was recently incarcerated for 10 years for a mistake I commented as a kid. All thru out my sentence I tried to make the time count for something, so I would read and pick up as many resources that came my way. That lead me to rich dad poor dad and my love for real estate just grew. Then investing in real estate with no money down came my way and it changed my whole perspective on what it is that I would like to do. I am not perfect and I will b the first to admit my wrongs I am asking you all for a chance and as much help and resources as possible. I am willing to learn and grow and do the leg work to succeed. I am very interested in wholesaling and brrrr when I can finally get enough income to buy and just to be surrounded by a great community and good people thank you

Quote from @James McGovern:

Being incarcerated can afford you opportunities that others can't capitalize on. Many people with records are challenged in finding employment. You can leverage this to identify lower costs for labor. You may want to explore creating a cleanout service to build income

 Thank you for the advice
