I'm Lucy, new here on BiggerPockets and really excited to connect with like-minded investors!

I’m currently focused on investment opportunities across California, and right now I have over 20 active deals under contract – mostly off-market or priced below list. Some are light fixers with great flip potential, others are turnkey rentals with solid returns.

A few recent examples:

• Compton, CA – $30K under market, great rental area

• Orange, CA – light rehab, $35K below list

• Santa Clarita, CA – off-market property with ARV upside

• Palm Springs, CA – clean mid-century deal, ready to go

• Berkeley, CA – high-end off-market, strong appreciation play
