Good afternoon to everyone! I hope all is well, I just wanted to introduce myself as I am new to the real estate game and hoping to build some connections and resources in this area. I am located just outside of Raleigh, North Carolina and am hoping to find builders, lenders and contractors to build a core team with. I am hoping to get into the fix and flips to start but eventually start doing more long-term holds. Currently, I am renting rooms in my townhome that I bought about six months ago. So, if anyone has any recommendations or knows someone to reach out to in this area, I would greatly appreciate the leads!
