New Member Introduction
Hello, everyone! My name is Micah Ewing. I'm a full time teacher and beginning real estate investor. I've started investing in LTRs in Cincinnati and am looking ahead to investing STRs/MTRs in areas of the US and overseas where my family enjoys spending time. My goal is to acquire appreciable, enjoyable, and inheritable assets for my family using other people's money. Some cash flow is a requirement in my plans, but I'm more focused on solid base hits and doubles rather than home runs and swinging for the fence. I feel confident with the team of professionals and mentors that I've connected with in my local area, but could use some advice and/or connections with trustworthy people to help me strategize my overseas plans. Looking forward to getting to know the BP community!

Welcome, @Micah Ewing It sounds like you're building a solid foundation with a smart long-term mindset. For overseas investing, start by researching local laws on foreign ownership, property management, and tax implications. Connect with expat investor groups and local agents familiar with STR/MTR markets in your target areas. Focus on one market at a time to build expertise and minimize risk. Looking forward to seeing your journey unfold!
