New member looking to network with other syndication LPs

Daniel Gwynn
Posted

Hello BP gang!

My name is Dan from just north of SLC, UT. I've recently started investing in CRE syndications and am looking to network with other like-minded LPs. Looking to build/join/contribute in a network for sharing deals, opportunities, experiences, reviews, and due diligence. After all, CRE investing is a team sport!

Happy investing,

Dan

Hey @Daniel Gwynn, welcome! Love the mindset..CRE really is a team sport.

Just to clarify, I’m not an LP in the traditional sense. I actually run a co-investing group where we pool capital to invest in syndications and other deals together. It’s a bit more hands-on than passive LP investing, but still very collaborative and built around shared due diligence and transparency.

Always happy to connect and swap notes on deals, sponsors, or anything else you're digging into. Let’s keep in touch!
