I’m Bernard, based in Fort Wayne, originally from Detroit. I’m currently in retail sales and in my free time, I'm a multi-business owner and creative (travel agency, transportation, poetry/music), now shifting my focus to real estate investing.

My strategy:

Single-family and small multifamily rentals (2–4 units)

Buy & hold to start, looking into long- and mid-term rentals

Eventually want to scale under a holding company for generational wealth
