Starting From Scratch as a Real Estate Agent and Future Investor
Hi everyone, I’m just getting started in real estate and recently got licensed as an agent here in Volusia County, Florida.
Over the past few years, I’ve been running my own e-commerce business, which I built from scratch and scaled into a six-figure operation. That experience taught me how to manage risk, stay consistent, and build systems that actually work. I'm now applying those same skills as I dive into real estate with the goal of becoming an investor myself.
Right now I’m working with a close friend who plans to invest remotely in my area. I’ll be helping him as his agent, and we’re planning to document the entire process on YouTube and social media. The goal is to give a real look at what it’s like to start from the ground up on both sides of the equation: agent and investor.
