ATL Newbie - Duplex/Multi-Family

Posted

Hey

I'm Idris, based in Atlanta and working fully remote. I’m looking to house hack ITP soon (probably westside) and eventually use that flexibility to repeat the process in other markets. I’m here to soak up any tips — especially around ATL-specific lending agents, contractors, inspections, and anything else that can help smooth the process. I’ve been trying to learn a ton from the forums, podcasts, and BP content, and I'm excited to connect with others who are actively investing or just getting started.

Appreciate the knowledge y’all share!
