Hi everyone, I’m Alex—a small‑landlord‑turned‑developer with a passion for simplifying property management through technology. After managing a handful of rentals myself and wrestling with spreadsheets, paper leases, and disjointed tools, I decided to build a better solution. It brings online rent payments, e‑sign leases, document storage, accounting, maintenance tracking, and reporting into one cohesive platform.
