 Hello BP crew! My name is Joel Ngorimo and im 24. I'm new to the forum and wanted to know if there are any people from ND that currently investing. I recently moved here from PA and bought a house in Stanley ND. The house was a great deal since the seller sold it to me for the price he bought it so I have $100k + in equity. I want to grow my portfolio but ik how important networking is so please reach out if your in the state!
