I’ve been quietly soaking up all the value in this forum for a while now and figured it’s time to officially say hello.

I’m based in Bend, Oregon, where I work as a licensed Realtor—but my investing journey actually started long before I ever got my license. I house hacked my first home without even knowing that “house hacking” was a thing (shoutout to BP for giving language to that strategy 😅).

These days, I’m focused on long-distance investing and have built a small portfolio out of state. I'm currently exploring the process of moving my corporate 401k into a self-directed account with the goal of using it for private lending and potentially funding future deals.
