Hi! My name is James. Ive been in construction most all my life. Ive done countless rehabs for flippers and long term investors. Ive flipped a few as a partner with my grandfather, through the years but now he's retired. Looking to find a way to get my foot in the door doing it for myself. Ive been listening to bigger pockets podcasts (and countless others) for years. I keep saying ill get around to it..... Now I'm forcing myself even though Im years behind. Any help, encouragement, tips, tricks, mentors, constructive criticism all welcome! Im very happy to have found this community and look forward to whatever the future holds!
