New Member Looking for Knowledge and Experience

Just graduated from OSU with a civil engineering (structurally-focused) degree and looking to invest some of my hard earned money into real estate. Currently living with parents while going to part-time grad school and working full-time and trying to learn as much as possible in the immediate future. I am very new to the investment game and am interested in working with my hands, done plenty of work in high school/college summers landscaping and doing odd jobs. Looking into the BRRRR method and house flipping for shorter term less risky things to get my feet wet in renting but ultimately want to invest in longer term properties in the future and ideally get property managers to take over and have much more passive income. For the immediate future I am just trying to soak up all the knowledge I can and want to create a solid foundation for the future and would appreciate any and all information and connections. Thanks and best of luck to everyone!
