Hey everyone I'm Matthew. I'm brand new to the community and am looking to get all the learning and information I can. Feel free to recommend me any books or podcasts I can review to learn more. I really want to get into fixing and flipping in Southern California but I'm open to learning about other parts of REI. I have been researching and watching a lot of videos about investing and am super eager to keep going. I'd love to connect with people who are passionate about this and maybe even partner up.
