Getting started later in career
I'm nearing retirement and looking at real estate investing post retirement. My strategy is three-fold; 1) invest in my community 2) create legacy wealth 3) generate supplemental cash flow in retirement. I consider myself a B+ to A- in handyman skills and experience. I purchased a condo for my daughter and friends while she was in college so I'm not completely new to property management (parents pay rent better than students!). Are there better ways to dip my toe in the water for building my portfolio (single family, multi-family, BRRRR, etc)?
