Excited to Learn Property Management & Connect with Texas Investors!

Leticia Sanchez
Posted

Hi everyone,

My name is Letty, and I’m based in Texas. I’m new to property management and real estate investing, but I’m diving in headfirst with self-study.

My short-term goal is to learn how to manage residential rentals effectively, and my long-term goal is to grow into multi-family and possibly commercial property management.

I’d love to connect with others here—especially anyone in Texas—who can share experiences, advice, or resources. In return, I’m happy to share my journey, mistakes, and lessons as I go.

Looking forward to learning and contributing to the community!

— Letty

@Ezekiel Trevino

Thanks for sharing this, Ezekiel. I’ve been realizing more and more how important it is to have reliable vendors and keep communication open. That balance between owners and tenants really does create stability.
