New to Real Estate in PA – Looking to Connect with Investors

Wyatt Yost
Posted

Hi everyone,

I’m new to real estate and just starting to learn the ropes here in Pennsylvania. I’d like to connect with experienced investors in the general PA area to better understand what types of properties you’re looking for — whether that’s cosmetic fixer-uppers, full rehabs, or specific price points.

My goal is to learn what makes a property worth considering from an investor’s perspective. I’d really appreciate any advice you’re willing to share and would love to connect with those who are actively buying in PA.

Thanks for your time,
Wyatt
