New Post - Anyone in New England?
Im a CPA, and my wife and I live and have invested successfully in real estate in Puerto Rico for decades. Our family is now interested in buying property in New England. We plan to rent as a short term, and use it when we travel. It appears some towns have new restrictions in place, and others are talking about it (at least where we looked in New Hampshire).
Anyone know which areas in Conway are not expected to have restrictions? Any insight on a good area?
I understand the relative inputs to figure out a return properly, but generally speaking, rental real estate investments should produce 10-20% for knowledgeable investors to make an offer. If anyone here has had experience in NH, or if anyone would like to discuss investing in PR, let me know.
