Hi all, Jackie here.

I'm new to investing and eager to get started, but I'm not sure where to begin. I've read several BiggerPockets books and feel confident that once I take the first step, it will be the right move. At the moment, I have a small amount of savings that I'd prefer not to use, though I do own a home with some equity (though limited due to PMI).

I’m based in the Greenville/Spartanburg area, where there are many new builds and opportunities. I’d love any advice or connections you can share to help me start my investing journey!
