Newbie from Florence, SC

Hi everyone,

Of course, I am new to real estate except for and real estate licensing class I started a few years ago. I do not have my license but the information I learned was very interesting. I have always wanted to get back into real estate but was not sure which avenue I wanted to pursue. I am leaning toward flipping houses and have rental properties.

I am in the research phase and would love any input that is given and soon I will be looking for a mentor. I am so excited I cant wait for my first deal. I know this will be the stepping stone to my success.
