Hey!

Just joined up. I am a medical student currently and will graduate this May 2016. I have no idea where I will be working next year. But I love the idea of buying a multifamily home and living in it as an Owner-Occupant so that I can really start paying down my mountain of student loans. So, until I figure out where I am going to work I will just soak up all the knowledge I can:)
