Hello, I am an investor from Lake Worth Florida. I have been investing in real estate for over 20 years. I have had over 20 properties at one time and now I have 9 units that are paid off and bring in a great positive income. I'm in the process of using the equity in those properties to buy more properites to build up my retirement portfolio. I'm looking to learn from this website and local investors.
