Been creeping for over a month... time to introduce myself.
Hello BP community!
I got my BP membership almost 2 months ago while searching about screening tenants for rental properties. I quickly read an article or two and went on my way, but not before poking around and setting up a few keyword alerts. Several weeks later I finally opened up one of my emails containing my keyword alerts and noticed I had messages from people in the BP community. Real messages from real people who just had a similar interest as my own. After responding to their messages and listening to the BP podcast, on 1.5x or course (if only we could plug into the Matrix like Neo when he learns Kung fu), for a little over a week at this point, I'm fully addicted.
We (my wife and I and 3 little ones) are currently in a house here in Wichita Falls, TX that we got at a good price. We have done some renovations and hope to get a good ROI. I'm mostly interested long term hold investments but plan on doing some fix and flips to pay for those investments.
I would love to link up with others in the North Texas area. If anyone knows of groups getting together in Wichita Falls, please let me know. I would love to shake some hands!

How is it going. There is a REiA group and FB page for Wichita Falls REIAs. I don't there is a meeting this month though due to the holidays.
