Good morning BP family!
I’ve been lurking on this site off and on for years. I’ve finally decided to jump in and engage / contribute in order to become a professional investor and better agent.
I’m a long time licensed California real estate broker. My wife is also active and licensed. We’re SoCal natives living in the Buena Park / Cypress area of Orange County for 20+ years. Two kids… our son is 22yrs. today… and our daughter just turned 2yrs. I know… what were we thinking! ;-)
Our plan is to make investing in property a full time part of our business. Our immediate goal is to make fix & flip our focus… then move to buy & hold. Our ultimate goal is to build our bank account and supplement our retirement income by acquiring 3-5 buy / hold within 5-7 years. We'll do this by getting much better at what we do and by helping others do the same.
We’d love to gain and share knowledge with people who have a mutual interest in property investment. Though we’re experienced in listing and selling property from an agent's view… investing in property as the primary party… is a totally different animal! I am a complete novice as an investor.
I'm seeking potential colleagues and partners to build our team. It is said “if you’re the smartest person in the room… you’re in the wrong room.” Well, I’m definitely in the right room and happy to be here.
