Good evening everyone, I've been listening to the podcast for two years now and finally created an account today. I'm a Commcerical real estate agent for Coldwell Banker Commercial in Long Beach, CA and am also looking to invest in a year or two once this market cools off. Looking forward to any and all help and advice.
