Want my first deal

Hey guys,

My name is Sam and i've been pondering the idea of becoming a real estate investor for several years but because of my past situations and fear i never took the plunge. Well now i feel that i am ready. I am in a much better situation right now and I feel confident that i can do this. I am well aware that this isn't a get rich type of thing and i know it could be quite fun and frustrating if not done correctly. I live in the Tampa bay area, Fl.  I want to achieve financial freedom and eventually buy our dream home and rent my current home. I am a Medicare advantage insurance agent and I know the advantages and freedoms that come with residual income so I am very interested in rentals. I would like to flip also but that wouldn't be my priority. Thanks for reading and wish me luck. If there is any additional advise i would greatly appreciate it. Well off to explore this website, grabbing my cup of coffee... 😄
