Hello Everyone!

I am currently in the process of obtaining my real estate license (state test next week). My goals are to begin investing in single family homes to buy and hold or flip, depending on the house. Once I have gained experience I plan to move into multi-family units with my long term goal of building long term wealth for my family. I also have been reading up on wholesaling as a way to get introduced into real estate and I am interested to hear peoples thoughts on this strategy.

Anyone currently investing in the Tampa Bay area (Palm Harbor) I would love to hear from you and hear how you are doing in this area.

My main goal in joining Bigger Pockets is to gather more information and meet people that can assist me in achieving my goals. I have started to listen to the podcasts and have really enjoyed hearing the different ideas and strategies used to invest in real estate.

Any feedback is appreciated and I look forward to hearing from everyone!
