New to the bigger pockets community and new to the real estate game with 0% experience, looking to learn as much as possible and evolve in the process. Reading a few books right now and a friend recommended the bigger pockets network and podcasts.

So far the areas I hope to look into are buy and hold multifamily properties and now thanks to podcast 56 I want to look into tax liens as well.

There's a ton of information on here, so dont be overwhelmed. There's a fairly diverse selection of multi family housing in cheyenne, at reasonable prices. 

Tax liens here are pretty competitive. They usually have the sale in august at the library.
