Peter Leerdam checking in. I'm looking forward to learning from and contributing to this online community. I started in the residential land development business and since the 2006 market crash have been focused on buying, selling, and renting single family resale investment properties. We've closed over 800 investment properties since then including fix and flip and rentals and we are still learning daily.
