Hello everyone my name is brandon mercado and i am 24 years of age. Recently attended the fortune builders (Than Merill's real estate education company, hosted by Cole Hatter ) 3 day seminar this passed weekend out here in Pomona, California and fell in love with the game of investing in real estate. Unfortunately i could not afford to pay 50k to get into their mastery program to learn more , so i am here to learn as much as i can from everyone here. Currently have 15k saved up and would like to know what would be my best move to go from here. My goal is to acquire financial freedom just like everyone else and simply enjoy life without having to work 40-60 hour weeks and miss out on life. Any tips and advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks
