NYC CPA & NYC Real Estate Attorney

Charles S.
  • NYC
Posted

Hi everyone.  I'm gearing up to try my hand at out-of-state real estate investing.  I currently live in NYC but I am looking to invest in OH, PA, NC, and upstate NY markets.

I am looking to make connections to CPAs and real estate attorneys so that I can have my real estate business infrastructure solid and in order.  Would appreciate referrals.  Thanks BP community!

Best Regards,

Charles

@Charles S.

CPA's and Attorney's are important to anyone's team. However, I would argue that you likely want to connect with agents/lenders/contractors in the areas that you want to invest in prior to getting a CPA/Attorney.

There are a couple CPA's from NYC on this message board. However, you should open yourself also to working with a remote accountant as it would give yourself more options of accountants to choose from.

Do you have any tax/accounting questions in the time being?
