Hi Investors!
I'm in the Long Beach area with a handful of rentals and notes, investing since 2008 and in serious acquisition mode at the moment. I'm looking to buy creatively or purchase with cash where a property will rent for at least 1% of a my all in expenses.

Hi Tim,
Regarding notes: We have originated IRA notes as the lender and we have purchased discount notes from existing lenders through various investor connections.
Where is your focus?
