New Investor/Realtor from Louisville Kentucky

Hey everyone my name is Jacob Huelsman, long time listener of the BP podcast and first time contributor to the forums. The girl friend and I live in Louisville, Kentucky where I practice real estate as an agent and she works as a project manager for a design and architectural firm. We are both supper excited about joining the community and looking forward to connecting with all of you! 

We have recently put in an offer on a 4 plex right across the pound in New Albany, IN. The offer was excepted but there is still a lot of negotiating to do. I'll keep everyone posted. The current strategy is the widely sought out house hack! Sara and I have a home in Louisville Kentucky currently and will be making it a rental as well as soon as we know we are moving forward with the 4 plex.  

We are primarily focused on the buy and hold strategy but the kind of people who both have to learn absolutely everything! which I know is an impossible feat in the Investing world..... still doesn't mean we cant try!
