North Carolina (Goldsboro, Kinston, Greenville, Wilson)
Hello all,
I find a lot of posts with people out in Charlotte and Raleigh and further out in NC (which isn't too far) but would be nice to link with people a little closer, But still don't want to exclude anyone because advise and support is welcome from any destination.
I am new to REI, and new to the Goldsboro NC area. I currently have 1 investment property waiting to be rented but I want to continue on to the next so I can expand my portfolio. I would like to meet up with motivated investors like myself in these areas to talk and maybe see if we can work together or maybe just learn more.
I am interested in the BRRRR method and understand I will not get rich in a few days. I would like to turn my reading/video watching knowledge into physical experience knowledge. PM or reply here either will work, Thanks

@Giovannie Robinson you didn’t include rocky mount (close to Wilson) but I know lots of investors successfully BRRRing there
