Introduction
Hello everyone!
I'm from Bremerton, WA. I've been investing with a serious focus for 2-3 years now (was very sporadic with my RE Investing prior to that). I've bought two properties since 2010. I'm currently searching for another rental - been frustrating. I've been looking for about 6 months, made approx. 6-8 offers so far...no takers yet. Hopefully I'm due soon. Lost a deal today to a higher offer (the way it's been going). I'm putting in an offer about once every 10-14 days right now. My agent's either really happy with this or going crazy with my "low" investor offers, I have no idea.
I'd like to make the meetup in Tacoma next Monday - I have a conflict that will put me in Tacoma around 8ish, maybe later, so not sure this will work this time.
