Hi All! My name is Jessica. I am 36 and live in Oklahoma City. I was a public school teacher, but got tired of being broke. I quit to become a nurse in 2020 and Corona happened. I did not want to be frontline so I ended up going back to school as an Admin. I now make more money than I ever have. It is awesome, but I am also working more hours than I ever have and I am more stressed than I have ever been. I thought this would be my dream job, but I am more clear now than I have ever been I want to work hard, but I want to work hard for MYSELF, on my terms.

I will be leaving Oklahoma sometime between Dec and April. We (I have been married for 10 years, we do not have kids and no plans on kids) will want to move back to Spain (Spouse is Spanish), but not sure how real estate investing will work there? If we can't make this dream come true in Spain then we are also looking at moving to Florida, Saint Pete area.

I hope to own a MultiFamily home where we can live and also generate $. But I also want to get into more ways of real estate investing: wholesaling... Fix and Flip.... I don't have a network yet so, I hope to create that. Find good/ honest contractors, realtors, whomever.
