@Roma Korenyuk sorry for the confusion.  I have not attended the Bigger Pockets meet up mentioned but hope to this month.  I live in Plant City which is kind of far from the current BP meet up and will be equally as far from a St. Pete one but I will attend when I can.  I love the idea and will help support it where I can.
