Info about FL build to rent company wanted

Kelly Ovard
Posted

Hi- There's a builder marketing specifically for investors in the FL- Atlanta area. They have developments in Atlanta, Ocala, Jacksonville, and Atlanta, to name a few. Their name is Southern Impression Homes, and they build new and set up property management and are positioned as a turn key investment opportunity. Has anyone here used them and have any feedback on them?

They've been good- The first property we bought rented quickly, the property manager filled it quickly, and they send monthly reports and updates. We're building a second one thats way behind schedule, but most builders are these days. I anticipate it will rent higher than what was originally estimated though. Overall, I think they're a good company.
