Hi Bigger Pockets community!

I'm an out of state investor looking to build my RE portfolio in Jacksonville, Fl that I can manage remotely via a PM company.  Any advice on which neighborhoods are A/B class with high cash flow and decent appreciation?  Would love any recommendation on any RE agents/property managers with an investor mindset/background, as well!
