I'm newly moved to the area (Boise) and purchased my first mobile home park in Kansas, looking for other like minded folks interested in investing in MHPs.

Hi All - I have a group of individual investors (including myself) who have targeted tertiary markets where real estate/housing has experienced growth as many markets become increasingly unaffordable and more difficult to find deals. Are any of you aware of groups or a direct point of contact (preferably here on BP) who has experience investing in Boise or working with out of stat investors?

@Ryan V Hill I was considering living in a MHP near Boise while building a house and found that all MHP within a 25 mile radius of Boise were completely booked out for MONTHS. Talking to one of the managers at a MHP near Caldwell, he said that since the housing market has increased so much, people are moving to MHP's and it's nearly impossible to find a vacant spot. Sounds like it's definitely a market someone could have success in.
