Kris Krohn "7 Figures Hustle"

Franco Colotto
Posted May 2 2022, 18:59

Hey everyone, I'm now at this community and this whole word of real estate, and I was just wandering if anyone has any idea about this side hustle Kris is offering.

Just got a meeting with one of his team and he offered me this so that I can increase my income, but I don't know if it's the right thing to do or not (I'd be doing the 6 months program).

Thanks!

He’s a local “guru.” I can’t speak on whatever he is offering because I have no personal experience with him.

With that being said, I would recommend being wary of gurus in general.

I have no experience with Kris, other than that I have consumed some of his content over the years.

My 2 cents is this. Not all gurus are bad. I actually am a huge advocate of for paying for education and for things that add value to you and your business (hence why I recently started paying for the biggerpockets pro membership, for example).

With that being said, there are a lot of gurus out there who give gurus/mentors a bad name because they sell a dream which ends up really being a bunch of expensive smoke and mirrors and up-sells (and not a ton of real value).

Start by spending a bunch of time here on the forums, listening to the podcasts, and watching YouTube videos. Give yourself a good free foundation of education to start, then decide if you need a mentor or a guru.

Hey Scott,

Yeah that's exacly what I've decided to do, I also think is the option right now. I'd rather wait a while and who knows, maybe I end up doing this thing.

So thank you for taking the time to answer!
