What kind of music do you have in your office?
In the morning hours we keep it rather silent. But after lunch, it's either a local station on radio or a staff member puts up his favorite YT playlist. On low level, of course. How about you?

Listen to spotify in the AM and then will throw in some podcasts toward the end of the day. All-in podcast is my favorite right now.
I usually just have some Jazz Café on YouTube playing during my afternoon!
I like sound tracks to movies, not loud. Any instrumental that is chill or a little up beat(not crazy)
My latest discovery is oldies music, mainly jazz of the Golden 20s and following decades. Somehow a bit.... creepy, nevertheless enchanting in its special way, no?
I work from home, so my home office has my Alexa and based on my mood and allotment of work each day, I usually have 90's alternative on. Kinda gets me going no matter what the situation.
Lo-fi is my jam! Perfect for background music for concentration, learning and relaxation (if it's been a stressful day).

In the late 70s and early 80s, I liked punk—not the angry, anarchy and spit stuff, but the more fun kind. I’m in the middle of my mid-life crisis, so I started listening to the old bands. To my surprise, they now have a name for the genre I liked—psychobilly. My wife and daughters are appalled!
I built a nice wood shop a couple years ago—it has heat/ac and everything. I work remotely, so I have my computers and stuff on a work bench. You will always find me there working…and bouncing around to the Frantic Flintstones :)
