Side Job Ideas

Rimane Tientega

Hi everyone

I live in the Bronx , NY and I'm just 23. I don't really have a havy background from college but I have my high school diploma. I'm hustling to see my dreams come true. But I still have a concern, what kind of job can I do or side business to have more money and invest more in the real estate market? Getting paid 20$/h is not that bad but it's just help you pay your bills and I took a lot of time to save what I have right right.
I'm open to any opportunity even I have to go do a training for couple weeks I really want to earn more. Thank you

Explore the world of wholesaling! If you can get some distressed homes under contract, you would be making money and making connections with other real estate investors when you assign that contract.
