Guys can I get a refund back on my pro membership? I just got it a couple days ago and paid for it annually. Canceled it today and hoping to get my money back. Anyone know how?

I was charged a recurring pro membership fee and I sent email to cancel and request refund. It has been 3 months and I have not heard back from Bigger Pockets yet.
