Hi guys looking to purchase my 1st property , due to a family emergency I need to start looking for a property now instead of waiting one more year for qualified mortgages. I have a successful last mile delivery service company’s in Northern NJ. I have extensive knowledge of 80% of Union County Towns since I service these areas 7 days a week . I already manage my fathers 3/plex in Elizabeth which cash flows $400 a door. I am looking for any lenders or references that can help me with Finance . I plan to refinance later after a year . Thanks

@Martin Estrada

Both Fannie and Freddie will accept 1 year tax returns. Find a good Loan Officer or Broker and you will need to show that you've been in business for at least 2 years.
