Where will Asheville-Brevard corridor be in 20 years?
I've been in the area for mostly from about 2005 till present and love it! I am one of these younger adrenaline junkies who came here for the mountain bike trails, whitewater, and generally excited to be here attitudes we have! Love it.
I am brand new to investing but I see such tremendous opportunity in Asheville/Mills River/Hendersonville/Brevard. I see a lot of business growth, I see real estate prices skyrocketing, I see younger folks moving in with a propensity for renting versus buying, short term rental opportunities (Asheville notwithstanding), I see vacant lots in town getting snatched up and built on. With technology and the ability for folks to work remotely, people are able to move here, to a place historically lacking jobs. Just seems like a gold mine.
What do you all think? What will the market be in 20 years? Will it continue growing? Exponential? Slow? What are the limiting factors?
