Hi everyone! I am a new investor and moving to Columbus. I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea of what the market is like. Is it wholesaler friendly?

 Hi Alia, Columbus is a very hot market, wholesalers can do really well in this market. On top of that, Columbus is a great city to live in! 

@Alia Ali I cant speak to the market since I'm not an REI yet but I can say there has been a population explosion since I moved here which I can only imagine is good for the real estate market. Also, I've been here 8 years and have loved it more than anywhere else I've ever lived and plan on staying long into the future, so kudos for picking a good city.

 Columbus is an awesome market! I am born and raised, and know the local market like the back of my hand! Over the past 5 years I have seen industry & population growth in Columbus explode, and effectively it has raised our housing prices.

Yes wholesaler friendly. But their is strong competition in Columbus. You will not succeed in Columbus unless you commit fully and are on the phones daily building relationships. However if you are willing to work columbus is a great market!
