Is Alabama a good starter state for a newbie?

Hi BP I'm a new investor looking for my first deal.Since my home state of florida is too high for me.

So Alabama seems like a good areas to start in? I would really appreciate any input in areas are commendations.

looking to flip and buy and hold.

We invest in Alabama and love it. You have to be careful which parts of town you buy in. Like with any big cities, you’ve got some serious crime in some portions. Cash flow and appreciation are good here.

I think you should start by investing in the state that you live.
