Hi All - I'm in escrow right now on a Duplex just north of Montgomery. I'm looking for recommendations on insurance brokers or agencies in the area. Would anyone be able to share a contact? Thank you in advance!

I have my properties with State Farm.  But, tell the it will only be vacant for 30 days.  Hard to find anyone to insure vacant properties.

@Greg Parker I use State Farm for my other property as well. They gave me a quote as well, but apparently for duplexes, but units need to be rented and in a lease so decided to move forward with someone else
